Porsche Tacoma

Really disappointing experience with Service department. Other than a video showing a walkaround before any of the issues had been addressed, there was no contact for two full weeks. They did not respond to the text I sent after receiving the video. I called them after two weeks and was told they'd damaged my vehicle. They assured me that they'd repair it "at no cost to you"(!) Accidents happen and I do not appreciate the way they kind of "hid" by not communicating with me until I called them. They verified one of the issues I brought my vehicle in for and did not contact me about it, instead simply writing on the printout that it is not covered by warranty (and the Service department was closed when I picked up my car). Surely they could have called me to ask if I wanted to pay for the repair? They requested my feedback two weeks ago and have not followed up on any of the above. In the meantime, another Porsche service center repaired the same issue for free.

Stephen has certainly made a difference in the buying experience. Thank you for your attention to detail, your enthusiasm for Porsche, your kindness. Brandon did an excellent job of helping me through the build process, he kept me informed of the progress, and walked us through the car step by step. You were thorough and knowledgeable. Ty in parts was so helpful and knowledgeable. He followed up before we left to make sure we had everything promised and needed. Ty, keep up the great work! Jeff, thank you for the time spent with the cleaning and detailing of my car. You went above and beyond. Jason, thank you for your time with the paperwork and making sure that it was all ready to go. You made the transaction very smooth. The group created a positive car buying experience. Thank you to each of you. We will be back!

I’ve owned at least 10 Porsches in my lifetime and this was the first Porsche I purchased from Porsche Tacoma. I had an incredible time buying. Lan (my sales contact) provided everything I needed to make a great decision and really learned to know me, understood what I needed and sold me the “perfect” car for my current needs. Stephen (GM) made the transaction really easy, and gave me the confidence that this WON’T be the last time I will be buying from him !!! I am looking for to my next Porsche from them.

We purchased our 2019 Toyota RAV4 Adventure this past weekend from Larson’s Porsche of Tacoma and we are so happy with our experience. We first contacted the dealership a few days before the purchase, both my husband and I separately, requesting some additional information about the car and were quickly responded to by both Andre Harlee and Chase Gibson. Both of them were incredibly helpful and very quick to assist us with all of our questions. When we first came into the dealership, Andre was there to let us take a look at the vehicle and got us setup in the system to be able to take a test drive. We wanted to take some time to discuss/research our options, so we decided to setup an appointment for the following Saturday morning to come back and take another look. We had let Andre know about another vehicle we might be interested in and when we got their on Saturday, he had both cars pulled up and ready to test drive back to back. Fantastic! We initially had some others that we were going to check out, but knew that we loved the RAV4. It honestly had everything we were looking for. When we were done with the test drives, Andre brought over the General Manager, Stephen Bi, who made the negotiation process completely painless! We really appreciated his approach and felt as though we were being taken care of. From there, the needed paperwork was drawn up and Andre started the initial finance discussions. He provided all necessary information to the Finance Manager, Roger Carlson, who is an absolute delight. Roger easily and seamlessly explained our finance options, dug through the details via their CUDL program and found us a great interest rate. We honestly appreciate each and every person who helped us through this car buying experience. Everyone’s care and attention to detail made it a wonderful experience.
